Replacements and Refunds
If your received a damaged product or one with a manufacturing error, Vroomdom can offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact usĀ within 30 days of product delivery.
For a replacement or refund, please email a clear photo, showing the issue, to support@vroomdom.com.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
